Business Development Specialist Responsibilities:

Sell products/services, building a customer base for your account management
Identify prospects utilizing creative lead generating techniques and cold-calling
Prepare and present sales proposals to prospects
Follow up with prospects and close sales
Generate referrals
Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Sell products/services, building a customer base for your account management
Identify prospects utilizing creative lead generating techniques and cold-calling
Prepare and present sales proposals to prospects
Follow up with prospects and close sales
Generate referrals
Lead and manage a team of (20) Account Managers around the country
Ensure team motivation and productivity
Interview and recruit future employees
Qualifications:

Two/Four year degree from an accredited college/university
Outside business-to-business sales experience is preferred, but not required
Ability to drive sales through cold-calling, networking, and relationship building
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills
Candidates applying for management positions should have prior management experience
Compensation:

All recruits must successfully complete a probationary period to be completed with-in 90 days. During that period, the recruit will receive a base compensation with production bonuses subject to a performance schedule.

Pink Fashionista has structured a unique and competitive compensation package for all employees that have successfully completed the probationary period. The salary ranges from $600-$2000/week with weekly bonuses, and is determined by the employees production level.

In addition to the compensation plan, Pink Fashionista provides a $5k/year tuition reimbursement plan for all employees who wish to return to school and 100% paid for health benefits.
